Rangers have moved on deadline day, confirming two fresh additions to Russell Martin's squad, as reported by BBC News.
Venezuela international striker Kevin Kelsy has signed for the Ibrox club after joining permanently from Portland Timbers, boosting Rangers' options up front.
The Scottish giants have also strengthened out wide, bringing in Algeria winger Badredine Bouanani on loan from German side Stuttgart for the season.
