Aston Villa are reportedly still monitoring Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin, according to the BBC's Scottish football gossip column, which suggests the Premier League side have not given up hope of landing the Belgian despite no concrete move materialising yet.
The same report also touches on Celtic potentially shifting their tactical approach, while Hearts are said to be ready to hand first-team opportunities to a crop of promising young players.
As ever with these roundups, details remain light and nothing is confirmed, but the Raskin links to Villa Park continue to be a recurring theme as speculation builds around the midfielder's future at Ibrox.
