Železničar Pančevo cruised to a 3-1 friendly win over Debreceni VSC, taking control with two goals in the first half before sealing the result early in the second period.
S. Pedro opened the scoring in the 30th minute, finishing a routine move to put the Serbian side ahead. Debreceni's afternoon was already complicated by a 20th-minute yellow card shown to B. Dzsudzsak, and the hosts' discipline problems continued as they struggled to contain Železničar's attack. J. Jevremovic doubled the visitors' lead in the 39th minute, leaving Debreceni facing a two-goal deficit heading into the break.
The home side did pull one back right on the stroke of half-time, with S. Baldoni converting in the 43rd minute to give Debreceni hope of a second-half fightback.
That hope was short-lived. R. Keller picked up a yellow card in the 54th minute as Debreceni's frustration continued, and just two minutes later S. Wasiu restored Železničar's two-goal cushion, finishing in the 56th minute to make it 3-1.
From that point, Železničar Pančevo controlled the remainder of the contest without further incident, closing out a comfortable pre-season victory. For Debreceni, the result offers little encouragement, with two goals conceded either side of the interval and two cautions picked up compounding a disappointing display in this summer friendly fixture.
