Hull City have brought Oscar Zambrano back to the MKM Stadium, this time on a permanent basis, a year after his loan spell at the club came to an end.
According to BBC News, the 22-year-old Ecuadorian midfielder has put pen to paper on a four-year deal, with the club holding the option to extend it by a further year.
The move comes as something of a reunion for Zambrano, who impressed enough during his temporary stint at Hull to earn a return once his exit from his parent club materialised. Details of the transfer fee involved have not been disclosed.
His arrival adds fresh legs to Hull's midfield ranks as they continue preparations for the upcoming season, giving the Tigers a player already familiar with the club's setup and English football following his previous loan experience.
