Inter Milan are reportedly refusing to give up on Curtis Jones, with TEAMtalk claiming the Serie A giants are preparing a third bid for the Liverpool midfielder after two previous offers were knocked back.

According to the report, Inter remain convinced they can prise Jones away from Anfield despite Liverpool's resistance, with the England international viewed as a key target to strengthen their midfield options.

Liverpool, however, are said to be holding firm on their valuation and are already lining up a replacement should they eventually sanction a sale, with the Reds understood to want around ยฃ25m for the 24-year-old before any deal is even considered.

Jones has been a fringe figure at times under the club's recent managerial setup, but Liverpool are reportedly reluctant to let him leave cheaply given his homegrown status and versatility across midfield.

With Inter growing more persistent, the coming weeks could prove decisive โ€” but as it stands, this remains very much a transfer saga rather than a done deal, with Liverpool dictating terms from a position of strength.
