Marcus Rashford is set to be fully reintegrated into Manchester United's squad this summer, according to Sky Sports, following the end of his loan spell at Barcelona.
The forward hasn't featured for United since December 2024, having spent time away on loan first at Aston Villa and then at Barcelona as his relationship with the club appeared to break down. With that Barcelona loan now concluded, Rashford is expected to return to Old Trafford and be worked back into Ruben Amorim's plans.
United are due to face Leeds in a pre-season fixture at Dublin's Croke Park on Wednesday, which could offer an early indication of where Rashford stands within the squad setup.
Sky Sports notes questions remain over whether reintegrating Rashford is the right call given his lengthy absence from first-team action and the uncertainty that has surrounded his United future in recent seasons.
